ALERT: Nitazenes, dangerous synthetic opioids, were tested in Bristol today (27/4/24) in multiple samples of heroin from different sources.

Nitazenes are 50x to 500x stronger than heroin, with a heightened risk of overdose and no associated increase in euphoric effect. Heroin tested in April 24 contains potentially fatal doses of nitazenes. Nitazenes have been associated with a number of recent overdoses.
Avoid using alone: if someone overdoses, immediately call 999.
